Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

Zelli products are backed by our long standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be 100% satisfied. So we will accept for refund or exchange any of our Zelli merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date that is unworn or unaltered. Each shoe returned must be in “New Condition” (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe). Any purchases not returned in the original packing may be subject a $10.00 repacking fee. Also any merchandise returned in a condition which makes the product no longer sellable as “New” will be refused. Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Special Order merchandise cannot be returned and therefore is non-refundable. Merchandise that is being returned and exchanged for manufacturer defect will be shipped back at no charge.

To return or exchange any merchandise, please pack carefully and include the original Zelli packaging materials (product box, internal paper, cloth bag, etc.) fill out and include the Return Authorization Form including the reason for the return and send back using the pre-paid UPS shipping label included in the original shipment. If you need to request a replacement Return Authorization Form and (or) the pre-paid UPS shipping label please contact Zelli Customer Service at (817) 737-9997 or email us at customerservice@zelliitalia.com. Attach the UPS Return Shipping Label to the box and drop off at in any UPS drop box, UPS Store or give to any UPS driver. Please keep the tracking number provided on the UPS Return Shipping Label to track the shipment. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in 5 – 7 business days. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Zelli reserves the right to deny refunds for a return item that does not comply with this policy.

In regard to exchanges, a new online order will have to be made for any exchanges you need. It is at your discretion to either place the exchange order online before or after the credit has been accepted and issued. We thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Please note orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders may require multiple shipments. Your credit card will only be charged for items as they are shipped.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. The shipping and transit time offered to you by Zelli or other parties is an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipment processing, transit time and (or) product availability.

We offer UPS Standard Ground for a flat rate of $10.00. UPS 2nd day Air and UPS Next Day delivery is available and the price for these will be calculated in the checkout process. Return Standard UPS Ground shipping is free. A Return UPS Ground Shipping Label is included in each shipment. See Return / Exchange / Refund Policy for more details.

Sales Tax

Due to state laws, orders shipped within TX will include sales tax. Charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product in TX and are therefore also taxed.
